Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Earrings that have been worn or used
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to request a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will provide instructions on how to send the item back.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
